Media How do I delete a video that I have uploaded? Click the "My Account" link at the top right corner of the site. This will bring up a menu. Click "My Media" in this menu. Now you will see a list of your media files. Under each media thumbnail there is a linke named "Options". This link will give you a menu and allow you to delete the media file.

Account How do I change my Username? Please contact us and let us know the name you want to use and we can change it for you.

Media Can you import/export videos from youtube, tangle etc. that are not your own? Yes, you can import videos from any of the supported sites using the video's url regardless of whether it is your video or not.

Media Why can I only select one category for media? This is to keep the site accurate for all users. When people are allowed to choose multiple categories for the same video then it can clutter the site. If you believe that your video belongs in multiple categories or that a new category needs to be made for videos like yours then please contact us and let us know! Admin
Account Why can't I subscribe to a user who I have tagged? Are tags and subscriptions the same thing? If you have subscribed to the tags with the user's name in them then our system does not allow you to then subscribe to them since you would get duplicate content. If you want to subscribe to a user only then please choose the "Subscribe" option on their profile. If you just want to subscribe to media that uses that user's name in the tags then subscribe to the tags for that username. Admin
